WHO?
You! Yes, you! Meditation classes are for you even if you're only reading this to fill in time waiting for the Seinfeld reruns to begin.
Everyone should give themselves the time to just 'be'.
Amazing life changes can come from stillness.
You may want to seriously consider meditation if you are stressed, depressed, unhealthy or lacking in self-esteem.
My classes are great for blokes!
Especially stressed blokes who don't want any kind of spiritual talk.(Of course, they are still enjoying the spiritual benefits, but ssssshhhhhhhhhh! they don't know that!!)

WHAT?
Because not everyone attends meditation classes to explore their spirituality, I provide a non-religious guided visualization geared towards total body relaxation. We mostly meditate in chairs, (though if you're more comfortable using another posture, feel free) and the class usually runs for about one hour. All you and/or your bloke/VCE student need is a drink bottle and to ensure you're wearing comfy clothes.Bookings are essential (contact me below) or call Jackie on 0418 991129.
