Be happy not only because things may be OK, but be happy even with the inevitable problems of life. .

Yale discuses happiness with Jacqueline Johns of Melbourne Australia. Jacqueline says happiness is a state of mind and for the most part she has been happy most of her life. She hastens to add the she has had her share of life crisis but continues to see the glass half full. She mentors clients and conducts seminars in turning people around to achieve what they want in life."
